Third post: p3
Now we are going to explain one of the leader's specifications and explain how our dear leader is following the prophet of Islam, Hazrat Mohammad (peace be upon him) steps. When they put holy Prophet under sanction and they told him that they won't do any business with him or give their girls in marriage to his followers or they won't marry their girls, prophet did not start fighting with them and accepted their sanction. Our leader also followed the same method and this is his way of facing the govemental problems. Our leader said that if today they put us under sanction, then tomorrow we won't sell our oil to them. And somewhere also he says that the scientist who can help us in making missile, can help us in making cars too, which means we will do the same thing the holy prophet did against sanction and we also use sanction against sanction but we won't fight against sanction and we won't use missile against sanction but these missiles are only to scare the enemies. But they worked with us against the holy prophet's laws and they killed our atomic scientists and they sent Abdulmalek Rigi and they sent Daaesh and so on……we accept sanction since prophet accepted it, but we don't accept more than that. It means we accept to be in atomic matter and other matter of sanction and killing of our scientists are not acceptable. This is out of sanctioning matter and they are murderers. It is like two people fight and one of them dies. That dead person's family can claim the blood of their family member (nemesis) and they can put the other person in danger of execution.
Our Army ( Sepa) in the year 1391 according to the orders of leader said that they want to close down the Hormoz Straits. This means working out of sanction and asking for the blood money of our dears who are killed in this way and according to Islam law the other side should be convicted. (of course at that time the reason was because the other opposite side worked out of sanction and put extra pressure on the people of the country). In fact SEPA is telling the other people ( American) to be aware that their authorities are working out of sanction and against law and therefore if we want to compensate what they are doing with us, we can close Hormoz straits in retaliation, since if Hormoz straits is closed, the price of oil will increase rapidly ( we give oil as an example since it has serious effect on the economy of the countries in the world) and God's willing we will survive and in this case the price of oil will increase up to 500 Dollars a barrel. This price for a barrel of oil will make them to accept to stop their authorities to work with us out of sanction since our SEPA follows leader's orders without going to the Hormaz straits and having any kinds of physical interact with others (p4) and people of those countries start fighting against their govements. This matter has many points, first of all the world should work according to the prophet's order and view and if they decide to act out of sanction, their own people and people of the other countries will act against them. Other point is that according to the pass events the govement can close the Hormoz straits since they have murdered our people and we can ask for their blood compensation, but the important matter is that our leader forgave them and most probably since people of those countries do not have correct information about the abilities of Islamic Republic of Iran, therefore our leader forgave them and did not let them to bear a 500 Dollars a barrel of oil and this was due to our leader's greatness and forgiveness which were shown to those countries people and peace continued in the world and this is the order of the leader to show that anytime any one wants to ask for more than he can chow, he must be stopped.
Next problem is the point in which if the our leader allows many of the other countries willing to have relationship with our country in one way or the other and if leader allows this matter, those countries have received political asylum from Iran and our duty is to obey Sepa to arrange this condition and be ready for such situation. This problem shows that the matter should be explained to them and customs and conditions should be clarified to them to be able to use them and second sentences tu back to first sentences. Explaining this matter is like asking why our twelfth Imam is not rising up and answer is because the condition is not suitable and the society is not prepared to accept his rising. Now our duty is to make the condition ready for him to rise up and one of the conditions for this is explaining the foreign relation of prophet (peace be upon him) and understand what our prophet did during sanctions.

Regarding relationship with America, it should be mentioned that holy prophet said that, make your army more strong for your enemies to be scared of you and do not attack you. Therefore the main problem for those who are asking for relationship with America is not their fear from America; therefore it is only their science and technology. As our dear leader continuously mentioned, Iran has many different rich mines and we have intelligent young boys and girls and by proper planning and programming and endurances we can solve our problems and therefore we don't have to look for relationship with America. Now our leader is forced to use second sentences for solving this problem. Second sentences means at the beginning of revolution when parliament was established, the laws were accepted by parliament which were not suitable with first sentences of Islam and the speaker of the parliament asked our revolutionary leader ( peace be up on him) to validate the laws since the Guardian council do not validate them and the revolutionary leader validated them and said that these are like the dead and forbidden meat of animal which become halal at the time of necessaty and in this case we have not given any allowances to the parliament and neither we have taken any allowances from the guardian council. Our revolutionary leader had to use second sentences. Regarding relationship with America I must mention that some people ignored available natural mines in Iran and expect Iran to be as good as America in technology and sciences within a day and therefore they go towards America. Here he uses the second sentences and mentions that we may sometimes be force to have relation with some countries which are indifference to us or they are less enemy to us than the others, but we won't have any relationship with America since the second sentences are possible to be used for those countries which set enmity with us than America and relationship with America means we are putting aside even the second sentences. For that matter our leader says that if we start our relationship with America, they not only come up to the missiles and atomic matters, by they go further into eliminating leadership.
You imagine the Islamic Republic of Iran is the only country on earth. You are asking God for knowledge and God tells you that you must obey your leader and we will put some words in the leader's speeches which if you do those you will be advanced technologically.

They say that we are tired and we don't want to study and ask God to send another country to have technology and we will use their technology. And for that matter God said you move for me to give you blessing and whatever except this is against God's saying and without moving God will not ever give you any blessing. But asking God to sent another country which is less enemy of yours is also your enemy and to some extend indifference to you and that country is also unbeliever and being unbeliever is against God and for this matter we don't want our leader to use second sentences and gives order to do business with a country which is indifference to us or have less enmity with us since these means eating forbidden meat,
Which means Moaveyeh becoming Imam and kill Fatemeh ( peace be up on her), while our leader had mentioned many times that our country has enough human resources and different mines. Therefore being friendly with a country which is less enemy with us or indifference to us is not acceptable according to God's orders. And therefore having relationship with America is like asking God to create America.
Fifth post:
Now is the time to explain enemy. There is the story of KHEZR and MOSA (peace be up on them) in Koran and we here explain it in brief. Mosa goes on a tour with Khezr for some matter. Khezr kills a little boy who was playing and Mosa objects this. And Khezr says that this little boy will make his parents unbelievers in future and for this reason I killed him. They continue their tour. And in their tour they have to travel with a ship and during their tour, Khezr makes a hole in the ship and Mosa object this behavior and Khezr says that there is an unbeliever King in this area who takes the good boats from their owners and these people work with this ship and ea their leaving and that King take the ship from them then they have nothing to ea their leaving with. P7) they reached the land and they met the King who took good ships. On their way they reached a village and ask people of that village to give them some bread but they refused to give them bread and these two holy people laid down under a tree to rest and at that time Khezr started repairing a wall for those people. Mosa asked Khezr, why are you doing so while they refused to give us little bread to eat but you are working freely for them, and Khezr answered that there is a treasure under this wall ( of course treasure doesn't mean only gold or silver but it can be science and knowledge which is written on a plate or tablet). And we repair this wall for it not to fall in these people's hand and these people could not get the treasure. We compare this story with our own condition. Someone might go to our leader and say that according to article 176 of constitution of Islamic Republic of Iran matters which are regarding the national security and foreign affairs must first be confirmed by the supreme national Security Council and then be confirmed by the leader. Therefore matters of national security and foreign affairs should be confirmed by the leader and therefore it is possible to say that if the president wants to do something in this regard which consist interior minister and ministry of defense, it should be confirmed by the leader. Therefore leader can make the president to give away some posts which are controlled by the president. Now two conditions prevail. First condition, state had constituted a cabinet and it is in the middle of its way, for example two years of its ruling s passed and two more years remained. Now a person finds one of the members of the govement who behaves badly ( even if he himself doesn’t realize it) and another person makes complain to the leader about this person and expect the leader to tell the president about that member and expect the president to remove him or her from his/her post and leader asks how he should do that and that person tells the leader for example according to article 176 of the constitution which monitors govement's behavior ( of course we mean these 4 ministries only). And you didn't do that because you didn't want that person to be removed from his post and you don't want the govement to stop its enmity and you want him to cause enmity and you don't react to this behavior and since you have validated this govement, therefore it can continue its enmity and the leader does not disagree and govement has no power to control its behavior and you are indirectly letting the president to have that person in place of me and (p8) people realize that the govement is disable to control the situation and rule the country and if leader doesn't give me this post ( by pressing the president) look like leader himself has given the order for the govement to be destroyed as you all know sometimes ago leader has mentioned that no one should refer to me for any post and if someone decide to do this, it looks like using the second part of Khezr's story and kill him for the sins he hasn't committed. Of course the meaning of killing is an intrinsic meaning and we mean that posts and status that person obtained during these years should be taken from him. Of course this example does not mean such a situation is taking place in the govement or even takes place in any other situation such as second situation where the person says since now it is time for choosing ( at the beginning of the govement and it is not like the first instance which is at the middle of the way and sometime of the govement's ruling is passed) why I am not chosen as leader which Montezeri mentioned this and said that this person has been my student and we are suppose to be meritocratic, then I am more worthy than he is and this post should be mine and I must be the leader of the country. I thought him what is meritocracy and if my knowledge is not more than his, it is not less than his. Therefore I must be leader otherwise I will bring about disturbance in the society. And we must accept because we believe this disturbance in the society is like making a hole in the boat and you are making us to fight you in the future for the crime you haven't committed and even kill you . And the reason for killing you is to take away the posts you occupied. It means if you are at the beginning of the way or In the middle of the way or what position you have in the govement or you be the leader or even any other post you occupy, if you don't give it up, you must be destroyed then I can take your place. this matter happened during the reign of Imam Ali ( peace be up on him) as well and that was SAGHIFE agreement and at that time they put Koran on the top of the spears and at our time is Daeesh which is doing the same thing and indirectly they say that Koran must be placed between us and whatever Koran says must be done and the story of Khezr should be repeated and therefore this means if Islam does not have any inteal enemy, will disappear and if Imam Ali is someone who is competence for being Imam, he will be worthy and there will be no enmity and Islam will be destroyed. But of course they know that it is not the truth, they only do this to get more power and better posts and they mention Islam as an excuse to forward themselves and obtain more power and if some of the Imams made peace with some of their enemies were only because they were force to do so and it wasn't due to their weakness or bad recognition. And therefore some Imams that was because they were forced to use second sentences. Since Imam Ali homaged with Abobaker it has second sentence verdict in Islam and that is why society's Imam remained alone and no one came to help him and he was forced to accept second sentence verdict. One of the main matters which I must mention here is that no one should create enmity because he wants to occupy another person's post and only he must say that that person should be changed because there are many people more worthy than him and a person who creates enmity in the society must be removed from his post. And if he is not changed it must be said that why isn't leader change a president who is not worthy. When a president create enmity in the society and leader does not take any action to remove him, it means that the leader also worthy since he let the president to continue creating enmity in the society. It is correct that leader validated his presidency, but sometimes the leader has no power to disagree with him and therefore like Imam Ali he should apply second sentence and forcefully homage with him. And that is due to the weakness of some people and since society is not completely ready. Here we give some example in this regard:
The leader of the Islamic revolution Imam Khomaini ( peace be up on him) stayed silence against Benisadr who he validated his president ship, but parliament gave his non-worthy verdict and leader stayed silence since the society was not prepared yet, but parliament did that. After this happening, the leader also gave the verdict and changed the constitution and removed law of council of leadership.
There has been such condition during the time of our present leader too during the year 1388 sedition, leader could not do anything and he only had a few speeches at this time and in this regard, while there should have been a serious encountering with them and this was due to the society's weaknesses and these people had much place for sedition and talk against the country's ruling. Now, leader has power on the parliament since many years age the members of parliament made themselves life time insured under the law and the leader cancelled such law in the year 95 and mentioned if people make mistake in their choice, this mistake retus to them only . Now, our leader has more power over the parliament. (p10) it means that the leader has power over the parliament and the president and if he wants, he can remove the president from his post, but may be his power is less in this regard since the society is not ready and prepared yet and therefore he has to refer to the second sentence and do not remove the govement. It means if one day people vote for someone and he becomes president of the country and he starts enmity in the country, in this case if we don’t sentence him to not worthy since you have chosen him as president and therefore and finally it retus back to yourselves. And if the youth see this president continue his enmity since leader has validated his president ship and leader stays queit in this regard people might think leader is happy with his enmity and they move and cause danger for themselves and their families.
According to the united nation laws in case a govement oppress his people the other countries can help those people and if they don't do that this means those countries are satisfied with the behavior of that govement and people of that country might bring about a revolution in the country and they take over the power in the country and the newly created govement can ask the other countries why they did not interfere in the oppression they were suffering before and therefore this new govementstop his relation with those countries. And mention that if a country wants to be our enemy, we can close Hormoz straits on them and therefore in our foreign relation we follow prophet's rule and method as we mentioned before. It means if a country decide to oppress their people, it is like that govement decided to destroy Islamic Republic of Iran and therefore we will destroy them as we explained before and these people should be followers of holy prophet. Of course sometimes we may not be able to fight them physically.
We must mention here that the ministry of foreign affair in any country must mention the faults of other countries and their govements. (p11) and that govement must know that due to some matters it could not face that govement and tell them directly that you have not taken any action and stayed silence, because many people do this for example they have relationship with England and they do not mention English faults and what they do with people of England. Even if you canot stand against the govement of England and fight them but you can mention their fault and what they do with their people. Therefore if some countries do not mention the faults of other govements and hide these faults, they in fact decided to destroy their country.
Now we mention the third story of Khezr:
If the govement sees the fault of people it should not hide them and repair the wall. Imam Khomaini mentioned following by removing the council of leadership from the constitution which caused a situation which at the time of difficulties created a situation which was difficult. He mentioned that at the difficult situations the second sentences could be used and at the beginning of Islamic revolution this situation prevailed but due to some reasons this work was not possible later and leader of the country had no power to face the society but you must know that we must support leader to safe guard the country.
Present leader of our country has spoken to people in this regard many times and mentioned that no one should refer to him for a post or if people make mistake in their choice, it retus back to them. And Sepa has also spoken in this regard and one of their motto is closing of Hormoz straits. In general our duty is to prevail a situation in the society for the leader's uprising and finally uprising of Hazrat Mahdi and as we can't tell Hazrat Mahdi why he is uprising, therefore we can't ask him why he is not uprising and therefore we can't ask our dear leader why he not uprising and our leader might forcefully give some posts to some people who are his enemy, but the society's condition seeks it such as the society where Hazrat Ali was living in and he was force to stay quiet and count days for people's uprising against Abobakar of his time.
Here I must mention that the enmity is continuing even in industries. And a person enters into the Besij for 6 months and then he will obtain a passport and says if the govement is following the leader and if leader works (p12) for the Islamic Republic of Iran, they should have given us a good job and post otherwise it means the govement is not following the leader and we don't trust this govement. And both silently and indirectly decide to destroy the govement and administration and since they think they have no power in the govement and in the country, therefore they decide to travel and leave the country and settle in another country and they will start advertising against the country's rule unless they are given a good post and position. The statements that leader has said regarding the country can support and manage up to twice of its population, and he also said that no one should come to me for a post or position. Of course a person can work anywhere such as working in the Red Cross organization instead of being a Basiji. And all this situations can work as good as being in the govement or industry or otherwise like a person take orders from somewhere outside the govement and make a hole in the govement's boat which at this time govement must follow the first part of Khezr's story. Here we must mention that when someone says the post or this person causing enmity and he must be changed and I should take his place, and mentions that if it did not happen, he will go from Iran, and also mentions that during the time of his causing enmity, you all did not take any action, and stayed quiet, which means you knew he is causing enmity but did not take any action against his behavior and therefore you are not able to gove the country and this shows that your act is meant destroying the country's goveing rule and therefore you must change him and put me on his place. Therefore the authorities should realize at the very beginning that the person is causing enmity and indirectly mention this action even if necessary do not mention his name. it means you should say that this person holding this post is causing enmity and you must realize that the society should not be disturbed. By not doing this you give that person the condition that you are not against his behavior but you are agreeing with him (of course this is not in agreement with the leader's saying who mentioned that the candidates for the presidentship should not mention each other's wrong behavior since ultimately you see yourself and that person as the candidate for the presidency of the country and therefore you should not directly mention the name of that person. For example if enmity starts in the state of Khozistan, you can mention your idea in a way to say that there is a fault in the Arvand area but you should not mention the name of that goveor. If the authorities do not realize, then eventually you will mention the matter and the post he is holding.
Sixth post:
We suppose that president constitute his govement and suppose assistant to the goveor is making a mistake- the leader mentions to him to change his goveor (since he is causing enmity among people by using the leader's validation). And appoint someone else in his place to establish the law and correct whatever is conducted wrongly. Now the president must find somebody and appoint him on that person's place and the new person should either have no post or otherwise he should resign from his post or he be maximum the assistant to the goveor to be able to become goveor and this new person should belong to the same political party for example he must be a reformist. There is no reformist candidate to take this post. Or otherwise a person from fundamentalist or from other political group to occupy this post while the president is from reformist party. Now people will realize that the assistant to the goveor of that city is being removed from his post and there is no one to take his place, and therefore they will get far from the govement and they think that their govement does not have any other person to replace him and they think that their govement does not have any value for other people to take this post and no one is competent for this post. The fault is from people themselves since they do not participate in special political party, then they will not be known to the others and people can be chosen from among the political parties to be introduced to other people and take posts to show that they are worthy. But they should not ask for any posts since there may be some other people who had the post of assistant to the goveor and they caused enmity and therefore president is not choosing them. These people will get far from the govement and from the party and therefore to have this people with him, president must close his eyes to every work this people do and stay quiet. In this case no post will be vacant and therefore people do not think the govement and president don't have any value for them and they are not worthy of the posts and they won't run away from the system but something else happens. Therefore people better enter a party to know for whom they must vote and to choose which person as what. President is forced to utilize his differences with the leader ( of course it is suitable and good to have no differences with the leader but still leader mentions that we have many differences with the president, but these are not serious matters.)
Seventh post:
To make it more clear I must mention here that leader can't cause enmity, since if he causes enmity he can't be leader and Imam doesn't create enmity among people. Therefore a person who causes enmity can't be placed on the seat of leader. And since Islamic law doesn't agree with enmity, therefore there should be a leader for Islamic govement who doesn't create enmity. Otherwise it is out of Islamic rule. A person who is leader and does enmity is indirectly disagreeing with Islam and Islamic laws. We mention this since leader in the year 1395, when the voting for the parliament membership was going on said that if people make mistake it tus back to them and leader has power over the parliament and leader doesn't create enmity and the only person remains is the president
(Since he realized that he should have said such things). In one place he mentions that America is powerful and on the other place he says why we are producing missiles and why we have army since they know and they don't say it, then the third part of Khezr story starts which was repairing the wall free of cast for people not to have knowledge and the first part of Khezr story must be used for them and since our logic is incorporation, therefore we say that they didn't know it (experts) and since they don't know it, they don't have the power to supervise leadership and if they want to say that we are supervising the leader, they are not worthy and they are out of meritocracy. Therefore the next leader should be chosen by the present leader since present leader has the power and knowledge of understanding the matter and he is predominant on the matters of the present and finally the council of experts gives the order of counseling with the leader of course if he accepts the counseling.
Eight subject:
Regard the sentence about SEPA ( Revolutionary guard) I must mention here that when Sepa mentions that the election is being engineered they mean that at the beginning of the revolution some hard liners were chanting slogans by saying “down with the politicians” and we will be the president without any voting and we say that if we are supported in the election, then we won’t give any post to the politicians and since the hard liners like this system, therefore they must support us otherwise the regime has indirectly mentioned that it likes politicians it means the regime likes the individual politician. Now we want to know who is politician in Islam. Because if it was clear, then this person would have not been a member of a party to be a politician and only being Muslim was enough, but what kind of policy is this which is not available in Islam, is there a religion without political system and be able to rule the country and an individual expects to be supported in the election to not disturb the society and therefore we also keep aside pessimistic and in this case we also follow the first part of Hazrat KHEZR story, and in fact the aim of Sepa is that people should keep aside pessimism and continue their work in peace otherwise a good student always follows a worthy teacher. Sepa has concentrated on the people’s beliefs and calling them for peace and incase tomorrow someone comes and mentions that there are some difficulties in the regime’s system, then they can interfere and tell the people that they should not spend their belief and someone who wants to cheat them and they should not waste their beliefs on some who like worldly conditions.
